- JHJohn HamrinMay 4, 20265.0Professional, fast, and affordable. I left my place at 5:45am to find my passenger side window was busted out. I needed my window fixed asap as I travel over an hour for work everyday. I walked into Franks at 8:30am when they opened. They took my information and got me right in. The tech even walked me through the process of what they were going to do. An hour and half later the window was replaced and worked like new. The whole staff was very professional and nice. They took great care of me and I'll recommend them to everyone.

I spoke to Junior on the phone and can’t say enough good things about him, he’s the 100% real deal. He quoted what I asked, I asked several times probably much to his chagrin that it was actually JEEP OEM glass, he said yes. His pricing was extremely impressive and installed and fully calibrated hundreds less than the front windshield itself from dealer. I felt everyone cared, the original windshield was apparently damaged and they said they’d have a replacement if I was willing to wait, I wanted the OEM glass for whatever reason. Junior did everything he said he would do and delivered as promised at a great price. I highly recommend this business, transparent and honest!
