    I wasn't able to charge and in a weird way, there was a car in the middle hogging two stations but my station wouldn't charge my Rivian R1S, it just kept on giving an error

    Chargers are in the basement which is not intuitive. There are also no garbage cans down there so people throw garbage on the ground. That is a Whole Foods complaint. Chargers work well as expected though.

    Pretty decent charging rate. People can reserve stations in the app though and it won't tell you, it just won't connect. So if the station doesn't connect try another because it's probably reserved.

    3 of 4 units was working, but I waited 45 minutes and none of the working units became available. Not many choices in the area if these are not available
