  Between me and the other CCS user, changeover went quickly. Though I easily could have spent another 30m waiting if he hadn’t moved off - way ahead of schedule. I have zero use for CHAdeMO. Though this charging unit supports both. It’s no supercharger. But for the location and the price, i’ll gladly take it. Would not make this my go-to in the neighborhood. But in a bind, it’ll do.

  Reported broken 3/4/2021 through the app. This is the second charger in my area to go down. I’ve been waiting on my nearest one to be repaired for over 6 months. No one from EV Go has contacted me after I report an outage. Wouldn’t you be able to tell that your station isn’t making money over that length of time not working? As someone who only has street parking at home, I 100% rely on these chargers for my daily commute. The only chargers that don’t have issues are always in parking garages. Electrify America has cheaper rates, no membership fees, and their chargers are way faster (I might even venture to say twice as fast)—use those if you can! I will update this review if someone ever reaches out to correct the issue. I spent $200 with EVGo in February alone.
