    Incredibly rude staff. Booked and checked in online. Filled out all my details. Arrive at the time of my pick up and was told I need my passport. Website clearly states “bring drivers license, ID OR passport which one staff member repeatedly read out to me like I didn’t know how to read. Then she tried to tell me a drivers license was not an ID. Would not wait 15 minutes for me to go home and get my passport. Rent a car from anywhere else other than here.

    Rude managers who get rid of your car you had booked for months to ruin a really important trip - NEVER GO HERE! The managers are a disgrace and have horrible customer service skills

    Staff is incredibly helpful and very responsive! When I arrive I am always taken care of immediately. Everyone is kind and I have had zero issues! I purposefully rent from here because I know I am getting good service!

    The rental i was given was malfunctioning and unsafe to drive,and change oil light was constantly on and i had no phone number to call for assistance.

    I would give zero - Bad experience; they said one thing on the phone; but something else when I arrived. The car was a mouse they shouldn’t give to anyone - if you used the AC, the exterior of the windshield would get totally fogged up - it took half a tank in only 35 miles - it wouldn’t accelerate when getting on LSD - unprofessional badly trained employees - only Kathryn was worth dealing with.
