I was told it would take several hours to bring in vehicles. Horrible service. It took me quite a while to find another rental company that had a car available at the last minute. This location is very poorly managed. I would not recommend renting from here.

The previous two nights had really bad storms, and it caused disruptions with people renting more cars and some not dropping them off where they were supposed to. So the day I went in for my reservation I could tell it was busy. But, the entire team there were all handling it really well and were so courteous to everyone. Ryan shuttled me to the nearest location that had a full siz suv ready for me and had everything taken care of for me there. I don't think I've ever experienced that level of care at a car rental anytime before. Thanks Ryan! Wedding weekend saved.
