    Simple and attentive service. James and the guy who served us when returning the car (July 1st - Sorry we forgot your name!) provided a friendly, quick and stress free service. We had mid-sized SUV which was very clean and ran very well. It was perfect for our 3 day get away to New Buffalo.

    Great experience. So convenient. Very easy. Excellent interactions with staff. 100% recommend this if you need a rental and also over getting a rental from the airport (no rentals in the terminal, you have to shuttle to an off-site location and last time the reserved car- or any other car-was not available).

    I needed to change my drop-off location to ORD, and the pickup agent who gave me his card made the entire process incredibly easy. He went above and beyond to get everything handled without any hassle. When it came time to return the vehicle, the drop-off staff were just as outstanding. The entire experience was seamless from start to finish. 10/10 — highly recommend. I’ve tried just about every rental car company in an effort to save money, but I’ll gladly pay a little more for Enterprise because of the exceptional customer service. The team genuinely cares about providing the best possible customer experience, and it shows. Thank you to the entire team! I’ll definitely be renting with you again soon.

    Alfonso was great! He was awesome to work with, great conversation and quick service. Will only rent from Enterprise, the cars are always clean and the service is top notch. Love their attention to detail!
