  I had an issue with my vehicle, and Dell did an excellent job compensating me for the inconvenience. Their service was truly amazing.

  I had an insurance-covered rental through Enterprise, and my insurance policy only covered the cost of a sedan. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, Enterprise informed me that no sedans were available and provided me with an SUV instead, advising me to return on Monday to exchange it for a sedan. However, less than 20 minutes after leaving the location, the SUV went into limp mode and became unsafe to drive. I was forced to return it immediately and was given another SUV as a replacement. I returned on the following Monday as instructed, but no sedans were available at that location. I contacted Enterprise Customer Service and was advised to visit other Enterprise locations to see if a sedan was available. I did so throughout the rental period, but either no vehicles were available or I was turned away because the rental was being billed through insurance. Despite my repeated efforts to exchange the SUV for a sedan, I was unable to do so due to Enterprise’s lack of availability. As a result, I was charged the SUV upgrade fee even though I had no reasonable opportunity to switch to a vehicle that was covered by my insurance.

  The customer service at this location is much much much better compared to the other locations. Del has been super helpful taking care of the numerous reservations I've had.

  I’ve rented from the Enterprise location on Irving Park several times, and the customer service has always been great. The staff is friendly, professional, and makes the rental process easy from start to finish. They always treat customers with respect and are willing to answer questions and help when needed. It’s clear they care about providing a good experience, and that’s something I really appreciate. Thank you to the team for all the hard work and excellent service

  I rented a car from them on Sunday April 19th, returning it Tuesday April 21st. Initially I was really happy with the service I received. The person who was working called to remind me they were closing in 30 min and I hadn't picked up my car yet. While there he asked if I wanted gps and a toll pass. I said no to gps and yes to the toll pass. He said he was adding it on and I stupidly believed he did and didn't look at the paperwork very closely. Well here we are now a month later and I got a letter saying I had a toll violation. So not only do I owe the toll but also a $25 fee. So make sure you read agreements here closely since they don't follow through on what they say they are going to do.
