  Super satisfied with my experience- booked a sprinter for our soccer team’s travel day, showed up an hour early and they were super helpful and ready to get me out the door. The entire process was easy, helped me feel like an expert when this was my first rental there. Will definitely be back any time we need another rental this summer!

  I rented a car from them on Sunday April 19th, returning it Tuesday April 21st. Initially I was really happy with the service I received. The person who was working called to remind me they were closing in 30 min and I hadn't picked up my car yet. While there he asked if I wanted gps and a toll pass. I said no to gps and yes to the toll pass. He said he was adding it on and I stupidly believed he did and didn't look at the paperwork very closely. Well here we are now a month later and I got a letter saying I had a toll violation. So not only do I owe the toll but also a $25 fee. So make sure you read agreements here closely since they don't follow through on what they say they are going to do.

  I was given a stained and unsafe car. Once on the highway, the steering kept pulling to the right. Nerve wracking. I went to another Enterprise location. They gave me a tiny car, a Mitsubishi Mirage, terrible. It shook and rattled terribly even at 30-35 MPH. I took that to a 3rd enterprise location. They gave me a Nissan Maxima that was old, stained and smelled like an entire bottle of Febreeze had been sprayed inside the car, gross. It was OK otherwise, but very low to the ground, which made it difficult to see traffic. Staff at all three locations were friendly and helpful, but they said that these were the best cars they had. Except that the employee at the 95th street Enterprise told me the Mitsubishi was in good condition. It wasn't. At least they didn't charge me or argue about it. That earned the second star. Enterprise should update it's fleet!! I have been a loyal customer of Enterprise for many years. I have recommended Enterprise to friends and acquaintances. Not anymore- on both counts.

  No tendría q ponerles una estrella … una desorganización total y no les importo q me quedara sin vehículo más aya q tenia mi reserva desde el viernes pasado . #W 38DZR este es mi código de reserva desde el viernes pasado hoy llamé para avisarles q estaba llegando y me ofrecieron 2 autos para rentarme y les dije q yo ya tenía reserva desde el viernes pasado y me cortaron la llamada . Para eso una persona de la misma empresa me dice q llegue x el auto y traiga la documentación . Llego y me dicen q no hay auto para mi Un descaro total perdí tiempo y dinero y me sacaron ala calle xq tenían q cerrar el local
