  I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. From the start, the professionalism of the staff was lacking. There was no greeting, no welcoming attitude, and I felt I had to initiate all communication. When I asked questions, the responses were minimal and lacked courtesy. One staff member, Carlos, in particular, appeared disengaged and unapproachable, which made an already inconvenient situation even more uncomfortable. Additionally, I had to request my paperwork multiple times before receiving it. When I returned the rental to the body shop, I attempted to notify the office by phone but was placed on hold for over 25 minutes. I also sent a text message and did not receive a response until the following day—and only after again requesting my paperwork. To make matters worse, when I saw Carlos in person and asked about next steps (including whether I needed to sign anything or how I would receive documentation), he simply nodded “no” without providing any explanation. Overall, the lack of communication, professionalism, and customer care made this a very negative experience. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve service for future customers.

  I had a great experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car thanks to Zoe and the entire team. Zoe was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make the rental process smooth and stress-free. She answered all my questions, got me into a clean vehicle quickly, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. I truly appreciated her patience and positive attitude. Highly recommend this location and especially Zoe for anyone needing a rental car!

  I dealt with Zeek at this location and he couldn’t have been more accommodating, answered all my questions and do what he could do to give me a really great price. I highly recommend renting a car from this location.

  My experience with Enterprise was truly exceptional, and I want to specifically recognize Zoe for her outstanding customer service. From before I arrived, she made the entire process smooth, efficient, and stress-free, by confirming my reservation and making sure I arrived with two forms of ID and a credit card. Zoe was not only professional and friendly, but she also took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. It’s rare to encounter someone who genuinely goes above and beyond, and Zoe absolutely did. Her attention to detail, patience, and positive attitude made a lasting impression on me. Enterprise is fortunate to have someone like Zoe on their team, she truly deserves recognition (and a raise!).
