  I will never rent from enterprise again! Especially the Cragin location on N Cicero and Barry the cross street. I had my car repaired at Crash champions 🏆. My car insurance Allstate has preferred body shops and rentals. This enterprise location didn't pick me up from Crash champions because they chose to wait for three other customers who were also dropping their cars off. I was told by enterprise I couldn't rent certain car because they were holding them for customers who arrived to the location after me. I received a white Nissan Sentra with Texas plates. The vehicle wasn't clean and my grandson new white pants got ruined by the seat and seat belt. When I returned my vehicle a week later. I was told they weren't able to give me a ride back to the body shop because the location is now closed and needs to be locked up for the weekend. I called ahead of time, I was told it was OK to bring the car. I had to walk back to Crash champions it took 30mins. Prejudice and racism is definitely a factor. Sooo if you end up using this location beware of customer service. I wasn't treated with well.

  I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. From the start, the professionalism of the staff was lacking. There was no greeting, no welcoming attitude, and I felt I had to initiate all communication. When I asked questions, the responses were minimal and lacked courtesy. One staff member, Carlos, in particular, appeared disengaged and unapproachable, which made an already inconvenient situation even more uncomfortable. Additionally, I had to request my paperwork multiple times before receiving it. When I returned the rental to the body shop, I attempted to notify the office by phone but was placed on hold for over 25 minutes. I also sent a text message and did not receive a response until the following day—and only after again requesting my paperwork. To make matters worse, when I saw Carlos in person and asked about next steps (including whether I needed to sign anything or how I would receive documentation), he simply nodded “no” without providing any explanation. Overall, the lack of communication, professionalism, and customer care made this a very negative experience. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve service for future customers.

  I had a great experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car thanks to Zoe and the entire team. Zoe was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make the rental process smooth and stress-free. She answered all my questions, got me into a clean vehicle quickly, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. I truly appreciated her patience and positive attitude. Highly recommend this location and especially Zoe for anyone needing a rental car!
