  Hello, I feel very bad from the beginning that they gave me the place to pick up the rented car, the lady, I disliked, who had already been able to leave the car to the workshop, I had to take it to him personally so that they could deliver the car to me, today I am going to deliver the car and I have 40 dollars left in the car, I call after 5 minutes and they tell me that they were no longer there, it seems unfair to me, since I am a mother who fights to bring money to my house and I am unfairly responsible for saying that there is no nara and I am sure. I left them there because when I went to ta quear I took them and did not pay in cash because I forgot my situation is not the best and that money is needed but here they do not care about the situation of others very bad experience I think because I do not speak Spanish, the attention of the headquarters in Millwaukee and I am not an American, I was treated very badly.

  I went to the Enterprise at 1842 N Milwaukee in Chicago, The staff was great with the car rental, both when I picked it up and dropped it off., I was in and out in minutes. I was completely satisfied with the level of service I received
