  I can’t say enough great things about the team at Enterprise! Jeff, the Store Manager, along with Assistant Manager Ro’Yal and team members Kristine, Stephine, Jalen, and Hardy, consistently provide exceptional customer service. They are always professional, friendly, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure my rental experience is smooth and stress-free. Whether I’m renting for personal or business purposes, I know I can count on this team to be helpful, accommodating, and genuinely invested in their customers. Their outstanding service and dedication are the reason I continue to choose Enterprise time and time again.   Enterprise do not have spare keys and always check or ask about after hours returns.

  Ivan took care of us and made sure we understood everything on the rental side of coverage and getting the vehicle out and in. Highly recommend this location they make sure you get what you need! Ivan was outstanding along with the rest of the team!

  I’m so upset I spoke with someone on the 15th which was Monday in regards of payment for my rental and my card was locked when they tried to process the payment so she said no problem we will try again tomorrow and I didn’t see a payment taken out but the rental was towed with all of my daughter presents for her birthday as if I didn’t have a $300 security deposit this was so unprofessional and inconvenience I missed bookings and reservations today because I wake up and the rental is towed when they could have just called me to unlock my card I am so upset.

  This enterprise location took advantage of my elderly father. Enterprise South Loop acknowledged an overcharge, promised in writing to correct it, and then did nothing. After 27 text messages, 3 phone calls, and multiple voicemails over nearly two weeks, the charge remains uncorrected. Customers should not have to spend this much time chasing a refund after a company admits it made a mistake. The billing issue is frustrating enough; the lack of accountability and communication is even worse. Proceed with caution.
