  Rented a vehicle I Chicago . I rsvp for 6 pm arrived at 6:15 and the place was closed with several employees still inside . All of which refused to assist me . This left me stranded out of town having to uber back in the am to retrieve the vehicle . Extremely upset to say the least

  The team performed admirably, and the process was executed effectively. I would like to offer one suggestion: the initial wait time for pickup was somewhat extended, though the drop-off experience was exceptionally efficient.

  Very underrated location with some very friendly people. Just might be a long wait time but that’s only because they’re so good at their jobs!
