  I am extremely disappointed and irritated by the completely irresponsible service at this Enterprise location. Before driving out, I specifically requested a vehicle with window tint due to the intense summer heat. I called and confirmed this request not just once, but twice with their staff. Both times, they assured me the exact vehicle was available and ready for me at the airport. Based on their explicit confirmation, I drove all the way from the suburbs to the Midway airport in the middle of the afternoon in blistering 94-degree weather. When I arrived, I was shocked to find out they didn't have the vehicle at all. If you can not accommodate a customers request, be honest and tell me upfront. Do not lie to customers just to get them to show up. Forcing someone to commute out to a busy airport in extreme heat under false pretenses is incredibly disrespectful of a customer's time and money. This was a classic bait-and-switch, and I will not be renting from you Ever. Absolute lack of professionalism.

  Really friendly, helpful people. The car was a good choice. They did not pressure me to add additional insurance. They got me really fast in and out of the check-in line to pick up the car and to return it everything was very efficient.

  Amazing experience thanks to James. He was very helpful, kind, and even gave us a list of places to visit since we were from out of town. Returning the car was easy. Will be doing business here again once we're back in Chicago!

  Total scam. I am a Platinum member and rent nationwide daily, but MDW is the worst location in the country. In April 2026, they forced me into a hazardous, high-mileage Jeep that pulled violently to the left. Their system then glitched, showing the car was in another state, trapping me in the rental. After driving 3 hours to return it, they lied about giving me a refund. Instead, they doubled my bill and removed my weekly rate. Corporate customer service sent them 5 urgent escalation messages, and I personally called the location 5 times. Months later, they still haven’t called me back. Unsafe cars, fraudulent billing, and zero respect for loyal members.
