    I have recently begun to reserve cars that will be fun, not just practical. They make my vacations that much more enjoyable. Unfortunately, the agencies will often just give you what they have, not what you want. BUT, Enterprise! I asked for a convertible, and they had a selection to choose from. I ended up with a Mustang, and it was like an amusement park ride! So exciting. Perfect top-down weather, too (they may not have had anything to do with that). In and out quickly. Simple, timely return. Friendly people every step of the way. And this is only the latest great experience I've had with them. I can't recommend them highly enough. They should be your first option when looking for a rental car!

    Surprisingly great experience. I generally hate renting cars - why take the risk and deal with the hassle when there's Uber/Lyft everywhere. But for this trip, I had some long drives that would have been cost prohibitive with rideshare, so I bit the bullet. I was most happy with the check-in process. I was able to do most of it online, so the pick-up at airport was fast and easy. Most importantly, they didn't try to scare me into buying unnecessary insurance or TollPass transponders. The rep showed me how to pay my tolls by plate online, and never mentioned any extras. Thank you! I had selected the premium car category, and I had the choice between an Audi S5, Alfa Romeo Giulia, and Hyundai Genesis. I picked the Audi and it was clean, well equipped , and in good condition. Apple CarPlay worked great, which basically covers everything these days - maps, radio, bluetooth calling, etc. Drop off was just as fast, and the rental car area is a short tram ride away from the Terminals. Overall easy peasy and price was competitive. I'd rent from them again, which I can't say about most of my car rental experiences.

    Made a reservation on May 6 in advance for an important family gathering and even received a confirmation email on May 7. Before boarding my flight, I checked the Enterprise app only to find my reservation had disappeared. After checking my email, I discovered Enterprise had canceled the reservation due to “no vehicles available.” What is the point of reserving days ahead if the vehicle is not guaranteed? I specifically reserved a midsize SUV and even had upgrade offers available in the app, so naturally I assumed everything was confirmed and ready. No courtesy call, no advance warning, nothing. Because of this, we were forced to rebook last minute with another company at a significantly higher price. I have rented from many Enterprise locations before and have always appreciated the professionalism and customer service, which is why this experience was so disappointing. This O’Hare Airport location was by far the worst rental experience I’ve had with Enterprise.

    Hello, I am writing to formally dispute additional charges applied to my car rental under agreement number 577489859, which was originally booked through Expedia. At the time of booking, the total cost of the rental was clearly confirmed as $646, and I agreed to this amount. However, during the vehicle pickup process, your representative insisted on adding full coverage insurance, despite me clearly informing them that I already have valid personal auto insurance coverage. I explicitly declined any additional insurance or coverage, as I am already protected through my existing policy. Despite this, I was still charged extra for insurance without my consent or proper authorization. This situation is unacceptable for the following reasons: * I clearly communicated that I did not require additional insurance * I was not informed that these charges would be mandatory * The additional charges were applied without my approval * This contradicts the original booking agreement made through Expedia As a customer, I expect transparency and honesty during the rental process. Adding unauthorized charges after a clear refusal is misleading and unfair. I am requesting the following actions: 1. A full refund of all unauthorized insurance charges added to my rental 2. A detailed explanation of why these charges were applied despite my refusal 3. A review of this incident to ensure this does not happen to other customers Please note that I have all supporting documentation, including my booking confirmation, rental agreement, and proof of insurance coverage, and I am prepared to provide these if required. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further by initiating a dispute with my credit card provider and filing formal complaints with consumer protection agencies. I request a response within 48 hours regarding the resolution of this matter. Thank you for your immediate attention to this issue.

    Starting with my initial interaction approaching the counter, Omar was very prompt, pleasant and efficient. I cannot remember the gentleman's name who took me to choose a vehicle, but he was great also! I'm supposed to bring back lunch from my family for the staff. 😂 Very personable and resourceful. Ms. Josetta was a real treat upon my check in to exit rentals. Customer service is CONSISTENT, through and through.. My initial car, Sentra, had some issues so I text the customer service number that messaged me about my trip and if I needed anything. It was an inconvenience to ride back to O'Hare BUT again, even the communication via text was an accommodating and positive experience. I returned the car, the gentleman who checked in the Nissan and guided me to the podium at National was helpful, apologetic about the inconvenience and thorough. Lastly, the lady at the podium (possibly a manager) was a good experience & got me into a new vehicle, Mazda (my favorite choice). The gentleman who checked me out upon exiting for the replacement, efficient and polite. Every single associate I interacted with was great; customer service throughout my whole trip was amazing! I appreciate everyone's conversation & efforts in making this trip home (Chicago will forever be home to me) such a positive memory for me. I can't wait to come back & use Enterprise for my future needs. Have a great week ahead!
