- MVmax Vazquez3 days ago1.0Absolutely horrible experience with Enterprise. I reserved a truck ONLINE because it was listed as AVAILABLE. I showed up the very next day only to be told they suddenly “didn’t have it.” Instead of taking accountability for their own inventory system, staff immediately started making excuses and somehow tried to make it my fault because I reserved the vehicle at 4 AM — even though YOUR website allowed me to reserve it and showed it as available. Then the excuses kept changing. First it was unavailable, then suddenly it “needed an oil change,” and conveniently “today was the day it had to be serviced.” If the truck was unavailable or due for maintenance, why was it listed online as ready to reserve in the first place...On top of everything else, the staff acted incredibly immature and disrespectful the entire time. Instead of communicating professionally or trying to resolve the situation, they were dismissive, defensive, and full of excuses. The attitude alone made an already frustrating experience even worse. I strongly encourage others to think twice before renting from this location.
