    Bad Experience I Came In The Bus Because I Always Rent A Car At This Location They Left Me With No Car Also The Did Not Want To Accept None Of My Business cards I Always Payed With Because I didn't want to pay the amount the Employee was asking he wanted to charge $1,300 giving me the most expensive tariff the part that I'm most hurt about is knowing that I explained why I needed the vehicle for a doctor exam they left me without a vehicle knowing I am a loyal customer at this location I seen today that they are selfish and I regret leaving good review also recommending customers to this location. I am very unsatisfied.

    My overall experience with enterprise was great everyone was so happy, helpful, and friendly. I am so sad that I forgot the gentlemen’s name that helped me on 4/15/2026 around 2-3pm he was so uplifting and kind. It was busy and he still made sure I was properly taken care of. Returning the car went just as smooth. This gentleman’s name was Bobby. He was also very friendly .. 10/10 Update: His name was Destin!
