  Usually renting a car in the city is a pain, but everyone I encountered was kind, knowledgable, and helpful. The car was in great condition as well. I will definitely be back here!

  Horrible customer service. I went a little bit earlier than my reservation time to see if I could get a car sooner. They checked me in and went to see if they had a car available. There was no car available so I went home. I go back at my reservation time just to be told I need an alternate form of id because my license is out of state. I wasn’t told this earlier when I went and they had seen my out of state license. Just a very annoying situation and a complete waste of my time that could have been avoided entirely had I been told that information the first time. They wouldn’t take a scan or photo of alternate id either. They did not do anything to try and help the situation either, not even an apology.

  Rented for a few days while my vehicle was being repaired after an accident. They worked really seamlessly with my insurance and with the auto shop. Very communicative and helpful.

  Where do I start? Busy? Yes, always. Organized chaos? Yes, 100%. BUT .... I wouldn't trade it for the world because not only are they one of the few car rental companies on the Northside, but they care. The only two names I have are the two people I dealt with directly ( Jacqui and Kathryn N ) but wanted to recognize the staff that are also a HUGE part of the magic; The peeps that work behind the scenes to prepare, move , park, maintain, and clean the cars. Thank you to all that were involved in making my (and ultimately our family's ) experience seamless and easy. Keep fighting the good fight. Hey Enterprise?! Food for thought: Give these peeps a raise. I saw the we're hiring sign and the pay that comes with it ($17 p/h). There's no way that's a valid and realistic pay for someone to deal with that type of workload, calls, emails, walk-ins , etc. If your employees are working this hard for you for that pay, imagine how they can grow your business and expand your company if they get compensated more and feel appreciated and valued for their hard work.

  Was very disappointed this morning as this company tried to swindle me money. There was a hole at the back on their car that I rented. Then they tried to put the blame on me. Thank God I took pictures the day I took the car. On zooming on my pictures that hole was there. Please take as much pictures as you can the day you get their cars. Otherwise I am sure a lot of people have paid for the same hole.
