I was not in the mood to pay their exorbitant prices so I declined. I did some research and Chicago Motors was the best first choice. I made an appointment online and dropped my car off. As a woman, I’m always concerned about getting service on my truck because we can be taken advantage of due to perceived lack of overall knowledge around cars and repairs. However, that was not the case at Chicago motors. I was informed about the work that needed to be done and the timeline. When work took a little bit longer, I was notified promptly and communicated with efficiently. When I arrived to pick my car up, I appreciated the fact that they were open on Saturday, which was very convenient. I also appreciated the fact that they showed me the broken parts so I could actually see the issue for myself. The price was definitely much better than going to a dealership. I feel confident in the work that I received and I know I will return for any other service I need for my truck in the future.
