  In addition to what I received below, I also received work on my catalytic converter. Travis did an excellent job on all my work. He did take a good amount of time. But no job is done right without sufficient time He did what I said to do, which was I'd rather get it done, right, then to get it half right. His assistant is very sweet, also and helpful on the phone. I commend his company to anybody who needs help with the repair of their vehicle. I consider it a privilege to post this.

  Needed to get an emissions test and wanted an easy place on a route we usually take. Through the state website, we learned that Car-X is now a free provider. So we stopped here on our way out of town. There was no need for an appointment. No wait. Was able to drive right into a bay. Rob took care of us immediately and professionally, and with a smile. We were done and on the road in about 5 minutes. Plus we got coupons. Highly recommended.

  I cannot say enough good things about this Car-X location! As an active duty service member, I was on an incredibly tight timeline because I had to leave for deployment on Friday. I brought my vehicle in on Tuesday, stressed and worried about whether everything would be taken care of in time. April and Travis went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make it happen. They worked tirelessly with my warranty company to get the necessary repairs covered, stayed on top of the entire process, and made sure everything was completed by Thursday night. They understood the urgency of my situation and treated it with the seriousness and care it deserved. I know I probably called more times than necessary because I was panicking about the deadline, but every single time, they reassured me, kept me informed, and made me feel like my vehicle was in good hands. They didn’t just give me promises. They followed through and delivered when it mattered most. That kind of customer service, communication, dedication, and mechanical competence is hard to find. The entire shop deserves recognition for the work they do. These are thorough, hardworking professionals who clearly take pride in their jobs. Honestly, after my experience, I have a hard time understanding the negative reviews. I can only speak to my own experience, and mine was exceptional. April and Travis, thank you for taking care of me during an incredibly stressful time. You earned my trust and my business. I’m not taking either of my vehicles anywhere else! If you’re looking for a shop that will work hard, communicate with you, and go the extra mile when you need it most, give this team a chance. They absolutely came through for me!

  I brought my vehicle in knowing that the hood was already having an issue opening. However, I had a wire that had been looped around specifically to allow the hood to be opened, and it was working without any problems. Before the mechanics attempted to open the hood, I personally explained to them how the wire was positioned and how to use it to open the hood. While they were attempting to open it, they snapped the wire. What is most frustrating is that the shop is now saying they are not responsible because the hood was already damaged. I understand that the hood itself had an existing issue, but the wire was an additional mechanism that was functioning and was broken while the mechanics were attempting to access the hood after I explained how to open it. I expected the shop to take responsibility for the damage that occurred while their employees were working on my vehicle. Instead, I was essentially told that because there was an existing problem with the hood, they aren’t responsible for anything that was damaged during their attempt. Very disappointing experience. I would recommend that anyone bringing their vehicle here clearly document the condition of everything before allowing work to be done.

  Lady at the front name is April and guy Travis 👎 the lady is rude always on her phone never paying attention or act like you are bothering her asking about your vehicle doesn't know anything don't understand why she is there and for the guy I think he is the head manager Travis he thinks he knows it all fast talker just to charge you for stuff you don't need came back multiple times same reason plus taking all day for service surprised they still have workers I miss when the heavy set guy with hair was there WATCH THESE SHOPS THEY OVER CHARGE FOR STUFF U DONT NEED
