The shop had the vehicle twice and ignored my request after $1,000+ of work the original issue is still there. When I picked it up, the original squeaking noise was still there. In fact, it seemed just as noticeable. I also was not contacted to tell me the vehicle was ready; I only found out after calling the shop myself.

Saturday afternoon pass Saturday evening Sunday morning Sunday afternoon Sunday evening Monday morning still no call and when I called Monday afternoon no one had still looked at my car to tell me what was wrong with it. That’s truly unprofessional and inconsiderate to just have someone’s vehicle just sitting in their lot poor customer service, no communication, and unprofessional front desk skills oh yeah get this the manger is the one who took my keys the day I dropped it off this is the person who is supposedly running the store, but of course now I see the store is running itself very disappointed.
