Luckily I was in his purview & he provided me with a sense of safety, security & excellent service. Not to generalize, but like a goodly number of the female populace, I had no idea where to begin to find the right tire size for my vehicle. Coupled with the anxiety of having a flat tire & total ignorance of which product would resolve the issue, Travis was patient as he guided me through the steps I needed to bring this situation to a successful outcome. Once I arrived at the CarX location, my problem was quickly resolved because he had initially asked the right questions, & was prepared to provide service in an expeditious manner. It more Time for me to get to CarX than it did for me to get there. Travis knows his stuff & it shows in the care, concern & service he renders. As a Seasoned Senior, this is vitally important to those of us who appreciate such amenities.Thanks Travis. Not only are you THE MAN. You are a Gentleman, you are also SUPERman, in my estimation. I went around the holiday, so they were a bit busy and took a while to get an inspection at first. I had to wait a few days, but, as soon as they were able to get to my car, it was done within a day or two of inspection. My brakes are better than when I first got the truck and Travis, the manager, took good care of my baby. As soon as there were other issues with my truck that fell outside of my estimate he gave me a call and connected me to finance options for anything that fell outside of my budget. Overall I'm extremely satisfied with the work and level of professionalism. Be sure to donate the "staff coffee fund" to say thank you when you drop off your car. I will be back.
