  Told him I needed an oil change for a friend’s car. He quoted $130. I said that seemed high. He claimed this particular vehicle requires 8 quarts. I told him it only needs 6. He “looked it up” and admitted, “Oh, you’re right, it only needs 6 quarts… but the price is still the same.” Not sure how the price stays identical whether it’s 6 or 8 quarts, but basically he lied. He told me it would take 30 minutes so I left and came back 45 minutes later and it still wasn’t done. I asked if it will be done soon and he said, no we are waiting on a filter to be delivered. I asked how long that will take and he said maybe 30 minutes. I asked, I thought the entire change would only be 30 minutes and he replied, well that’s if we have the parts. It takes longer if we need them delivered. Definitely not a very trustworthy place to go to.

  Terrible and dishonest customer service I cannot believe that after going to this location for the past 5 years and they decided to treat me so poorly. I booked an appointment for 1 pm for friday and i notified in advance that i will be using a coupon for oil change that i received for their location on Ashland. I arrived at 12:30 and the gentleman at the counter told me that there are a lot of cars ahead of me. and im like sure i can wait. Then the gentleman looked at the coupon and right after that made all a whole list of excuses. said the best he can do is 59 dollars for an oil change. I had to wait on their counter for 25 minutes while he said he was going to figure 1: We don't do basic oil changes 2: we are having issues with these coupons 3: we the best we can do is 59 dollars 4: we only carry synthetic 5: talks to his manager for 20 minutes on the phone so they can see if they can honor the coupon My best guess is that they wanted to not do oil changes and get rid of me. you don't have to be this dishonest. They could have justcalled and cancelled the appointment beforehand. that would have saved me a trip to your location. Just over all dishonesty and greed driving their business model I wouldn't trust my car with the folks in this branch and neither should you. they don't honor their word

  Made an appointment to have my ac looked at. When I came in the following morning to drop my vehicle off the manager told me that they did not have the ac equipment to fix my vehicle that other place had taken it. This was not communicated with me at all when I talked to the representative on the phone.

  Well, it was Sat.morning...Went there because they were within a mile, and my catalytic converter was stollen over night. Had talks with both, the clerk person and the (only)mechanic. I will abstain to quote the conversations, especially with the mecanic. My advice...only go here if you need a tire or on oil change or such. And No...I will not call their Customer Service. No need to get upset once again .

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience getting my brakes and rotors done here! From start to finish, the service was top-notch. Assistant Manager Robert Montgomery went above and beyond—he took the time to clearly explain everything to me and made sure I fully understood what was going on with my car. That level of care and transparency is hard to find! The mechanic who worked on my vehicle was also fantastic—super friendly and professional. He even showed me my brakes and rotors and explained exactly why my car had been making those noises, which I really appreciated. It made me feel confident that I was in the right place. The whole team was welcoming, knowledgeable, and honest. You can tell they truly care about their customers. I left feeling relieved and taken care of. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others!
