    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience getting my brakes and rotors done here! From start to finish, the service was top-notch. Assistant Manager Robert Montgomery went above and beyond—he took the time to clearly explain everything to me and made sure I fully understood what was going on with my car. That level of care and transparency is hard to find! The mechanic who worked on my vehicle was also fantastic—super friendly and professional. He even showed me my brakes and rotors and explained exactly why my car had been making those noises, which I really appreciated. It made me feel confident that I was in the right place. The whole team was welcoming, knowledgeable, and honest. You can tell they truly care about their customers. I left feeling relieved and taken care of. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others!

    I stopped by here a couple days ago with a flat tire. The assistant manager Robert was very helpful to let me know what the problem was and arranged a tire change for the next day. Very thankful for their help to take care of this issue.

    I don't recommend coming to this location. They are very rude and engage in fraudulent and scamming activity when it comes to situations involving improper job performance. I took my car there after already being hit by a driver who was not in control, needing the back wheel to be looked at. It started off as if they were going to be very helpful; I was told they would do a full inspection and let me know what needed to be done. I received a call saying the issue was an upper control arm replacement, and the cost was too much, so I added on the TPMS replacement for all my wheels. Five minutes after picking the car up, I noticed the steering wheel was stuck in a position to the right and called back. They said, 'Oh, well maybe the wheel alignment wasn’t right,' and told me to bring it back to them so they could take it to another location, which sounded a bit sketchy, but okay, I would come back. They also said the car was okay to drive until I brought it back. Later, I asked where they were going to take it, and it was said to be the Irving Park location. I decided to take it to that location myself. Fifteen minutes after doing the inspection at Irving Park, the manager came back and said, 'Bad news, it’s not the alignment, it’s the buckle that is bent.' I was told there was no possible way they could have replaced the upper control arm without seeing that the buckle was bent. Therefore, I was charged for an upper control arm and TPMS (which the light is still on because the TPMS service is ineffective due to the buckle being bent!). The bent buckle was never diagnosed at the Ashland location, and I was told flat out they have inexperienced mechanics at that location. I was charged for an ineffective alignment and TPMS service and $780 in labor, and the manager was extremely rude, saying he wasn’t going to do a refund so that the actual issue of the knuckle could be fixed, which costs over $1600. Corporate is slow to fix the issue, and after spending $2400, I am being told my car is unsafe to drive! This location and manager are unprofessional in diagnosing and adding charges that shouldn’t be there.
