  I had a great experience buying new tires here. Bob was very proactive in his communication with me ahead of the appointment; making sure to address any potential issues. The team was ready for my car at the appointment time and only took about an hour to install the tires.

  Superb!!!! Driving a rented Herz vehicle for Uber that needed it 10k oil change…,it had to be serviced or else the car would have to be returned and you are at the mercy of getting one that is dirty, not as nice, etc. I was super happy on this Altima. I walked in and Bob gave me a heads up that Herz was unusually slow this week in approving service and it may take over an hour. Uggh…but I made the decision to stay since it was 8 am and my office is close, but far enough that a walk would / uber would not make sense. Due to Bob’s incredible enthusiasm and deliberate Herz follow up, my car was done in 30 minutes!!! And there were atleast 8 cars in the lot awaiting other approvals. Bob, you bring great credit to Car X, your team and profession. Car X should be honored you are part of their team. Thank you. 14/10!!!!

  I can't recommend this place. TLDR: They never touched my car until I called 6 hours after my appointment, they lied to me, blamed me for their mistake, and never apologized for any of it. Dont even try doing anything online. I dropped my car off the night before for my 10am appointment. Around 4 I called for an update and was told they didn't know whose car it was and hadn't touched it...despite having all my car information for the appointment. They said they'd get it done by the end of the next day. They called back again claiming I had given them the wrong tire size and needed my approval to install a larger size instead. I knew I had provided the correct size because I still had the order pages open, but they insisted they had proof from their scripted phone system that I gave them the wrong information. Since I needed my car back soon, I agreed. They then called me yet again to say they had found the tires I originally ordered, and surprise! They were the correct size all along! They NEVER apologized for wrongly accusing me, even at pick up. In the end, I got the tires I wanted, but not before a dozen phone calls, poor communication, and being blamed for a mistake that turned out to be theirs. They never contacted me around my appointment time to verify the vehicle I had dropped off, never provided updates untill I called first, and never took responsibility for the confusion. To top it off, I was charged about $60 more than the quoted price on the phone and online system.

  I've been bringing my cars here for over 10 years, and even after moving to the suburbs two years ago, I still make the drive because the service is worth it. Bob always looks out for his customers' best interests and is honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. It's hard to find people you can truly rely on, and I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else. I'll continue bringing my business here and remain a loyal customer for years to come.
