  I had a really great experience with Bionic Auto Parts! Justin, EXT 312, was genuinely so helpful and gave some of the best customer service I’ve had in a while. He was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and actually took the time to make sure I was getting the right parts. He answered my questions, and made the whole process feel easy. You can tell he actually cares about helping customers and takes pride in his work, which is honestly hard to find sometimes. Definitely ask for Justin if you call — he made this an easy 5-star experience!

  For a place that’s been in business for so long. I tried calling yesterday. I was on hold for 12 minutes. I tried calling today. I was on hold on for 15 minutes. Kind of sad but oh well I’ll have to try somewhere

  biggest crooks in the auto parts business i have been in the business for 30 years and these people are crooks sold me a bad engine even thou i purchase the 12 months 12,000 miles warranty the engine they sold me overheats and they will not cover it. trust me stay away from them go to LKQ i never had any problems with them been using LKQ for over 15 years never have they gave me any issues.

  Called in ahead of time to confirm closing time. Representative said “we close right at 5:00 we’ll be open if you get here before” walked up at 4:58 on the dot and the guy was closing the gate “we’re closed”. I know y'all are trying to get home, but closing time is closing time. And you especially shouldn’t close early after communicating with a customer prior to their arrival. Very unprofessional, and didn’t even have the courtesy to have a quick conversation or apology for the miscommunication between the staff. Do better
