  I was greeted by Santos in a very polite manner as I was walked into the store shock because my car turned off on its own before getting to the store. I asked Santos if he can check the life of my battery & he stated he can. Santos assisted me not only by the professional customer service but by assisting me in replacing a new battery into my car. I am very grateful as I did not have the tools to do it myself & because I 20 mins before getting to Autozone I stopped at Advance Auto for assistance & the person did not even care to check my battery. Thank you Santos for all is your help, and for removing my 2019 battery into the Toyota.

  Just wanted to thank Miss Garcia for such a sensational job and helping me find the actual car needed for my mechanics needs. I run multiple dealerships in order from Autozone Daily but I’ve never met Miss Garcia. I’ve always dealt with Mr. Alvaro store manager which we could all say is extraordinarily awesome such a wonderful man Mr. ALVAREZ, but meeting Miss Garcia left me in All. I’ve having encountered a female manager by the name of Victoria that left me pretty upset and very sad at Autozone‘s management staff, but she treated me and my staff very poorly bad expectations I had but once in meeting this Garcia, she changed my mind totally by what a genuine smile and happiness to get Customer as hell. Answer any questions while she’s multitasking three other customers. I just wanted to say to Autozone thank you by hiring such a wonderful person. Miss Garcia should be a great trainer for so many other new trainees. Learning the Autozone way she’s a great example putting her and Mr. Alvaro together at the store will certainly change the outcome of reviews, Customer Service and Common courtesy. Thank you once again Autozone by hiring such a wonderful team Mr. Alvarado and Garcia deserve the most respect

  I entered Autozone and with excitement I was greeted by Miss Garcia store manager. I run multiple dealerships. I ordered many parts from Autozone but never been treated as she treated me. Entering the store, she was greeting me with a smile answering my questions and quick to help with the situation that I had very friendly genuinely happy to do her job. I was very excited and happy to be held by such a great customer service rep from Autozone other than Alvaro another store manager that’s sensational at his job i’ve known for years . I’ve never met Miss Garcia. I’ve always spoken to Mr. Alvaro, which he himself is 100% Genuinely nice. But I wanna thank Miss Garcia for making me feel good not even knowing who I truly was. That goes to show you that she treats every Customer exactly the same what excitement a smile in it not one moment does she ever stop smiling while she Multi tasking with two other customers, she is sensational. Autozone should be proud to have such a great manager to teach other employees, the Autozone way. And I was left in all of her Customer Service abilities never losing stride in her job and playing so great close attention to every customers needs. God bless her.

  I went in for assistance with my battery after another auto place wouldn’t help because I didn’t have the tools. One of the shift managers, Mrs. Garcia, came out and personally helped me remove the old battery and install the new one. I am SO grateful for her kindness and willingness to help! Thank you, Mrs. Garcia, for going above and beyond. And yes—a woman! 👏🏽💪🏽 Someone give this woman a raise! She deserves it! ❤️ Thank you, Ms. E

  I have been to this location a few times now and each time the staff has been great, even if it's busy. Most recently, I went for my truck's dying alternator and battery, the lady (I didn't catch her name but she's listed on the receipts as cashier #7) was incredibly helpful. She remembered me calling in asking about parts and was ready to go once I got there. She was polite, energetic, knowledgeable, and made things as smooth as they could be. Highly recommend this store, it's easily the best AutoZone I've been to.
