  They had exactly what I needed (1/2mm sized sockets for lug nuts) and on the sales floor. One of the better Autozone spaces for people that like specialty automotive tools from retail locations.

  This store is amazing. I’m usually there multiples times a week and Genesis is amazing, polite, professional, knowledgeable and always so helpful when I go there. She always goes way above and beyond to make sure I get the assistance I need. Definitely give her a raise! She’s the best employee at that location for sure.

  Very disappointing experience for my dad and uncles today. They walked in and were looking for a particular part that they couldn’t find. They went up to the counter and asked for this part that was being sold as a package for a higher price, but they did not want to purchase the entire package. There was a female and two male workers talking amongst themselves about their schedule. They then went to ask the workers if the sold that part separately. They were quickly dismissed with this response: whatever is there is what we have”. They proceeded to say the same thing twice. My family members had to go and find the piece themselves. This is not the experience that auto zone usually gives. The more we talked about the situation, the more I realized this is not the first time they were treated in this manner at this location.
