DON’T PROCRASTINATE GETTING THE PARTS YOU NEED FOR YOUR VEHICLE

Batteries

Your car battery is vital to keeping your car running. If you are worried about your car’s battery health, stop by your local AutoZone for a free battery check. We carry batteries with proven tough coverage from Duralast, plus performance options like Optima and Odyssey. We have everything you need to keep your car powered all year long.

Brakes

No matter the weather, having reliable brakes is essential to help you stop safely. Reliable stopping starts at AutoZone. Get Duralast brakes that meet or exceed OE, or performance brakes from Brembo, EBC, and more.

Motor Oil

Neglecting to change your oil regularly can cause your engine to overheat and even seize. We recommend changing your oil every 3,000 to 5,000 miles. Make sure your engine continues to run smoothly by getting your motor oil at your local AutoZone. Our associates can help you find the right motor oil for your vehicle.

Windshield Wipers

AutoZone offers a wide selection of windshield wipers for all types of vehicles. Whether you're looking for basic wipers or high-performance options, we have the perfect wipers for you. We recommend changing your wipers every 6 months to ensure a clear view of the road in any weather condition.

I saw Los pollos working there and had to tell him to get me pretzels and beer cheese but he told me I couldn’t have any because I wasn’t friends with tom pearl and the most famous man on earth but since I went to 67 o block cafe before I gave him a Von dread and I earned 67 aura points but still dident get beer cheese but experience alone gives it 5 stars

My son and I stopped to purchase another battery to replace a brand new one that wasn't charging in my Subaru. Whitney was our first contact person who deserves double the five stars, Steve who found the battery connector was too short for a decent charge and replaced with extended connector, again above and beyond. There are not enough stars to show our appreciation, 25+ (Kathie and Eric)

They helped me get new wheels after von and the gang swindled the wheels, so I asked Greg, and he summoned wheels onto my hellcat

You’re better off going literally anywhere else. I came in for something any retailer handles in their sleep: a return exchange on the same transaction. Return one item, ring up a replacement of equal or different value, settle the difference. AutoZone’s own policy supports this and it’s in their public FAQ, and every store I’ve been to handles it as a single transaction. Not this one. Instead, I was told I had to fully refund back to my original payment method (which could take days to process), then make a completely separate purchase for the replacement with additional tender. When I asked them to just cancel the in progress return so I could walk out with the item and figure it out elsewhere, I was told the system takes an extended period to void. The result: the store’s system flagged the item as ‘returned’ even though I physically still had it, which meant a second AutoZone location couldn’t help me either. What should’ve been a five minute transaction turned into a three hour ordeal bouncing between two AutoZone stores on foot, because I’m working on my car. You know. AUTOZONE. Where people go BECAUSE their car is down. Wild concept. They eventually got it resolved, but only after the store called corporate help desk to untangle a problem that should never have existed. To be fair to the staff: the sales associates and the managers on the floor were genuinely trying to help. This isn’t a floor staff problem. The bottleneck is the store manager, who seems to treat her role as finding reasons to say no rather than finding paths to yes. Getting her to apply basic retail logic was like pulling teeth. A store manager’s job is to remove friction for the customer, not manufacture it. And a detail that says a lot about the operation: they don’t stock bags. At all. Not paper, not reusable, nothing. Chicago’s bag ordinance doesn’t require retailers to stop offering bags, it requires them to provide recyclable or reusable options. Making customers walk out juggling loose merchandise is reflective of the customer service this store aims to provide. The staff deserves better leadership. Until that changes, go to a different Auto parts store. And probably one a few miles out as this Store Manager trained some of the managers in the nearby stores and they tend to reflect her unprofessional customer service practices.
