He’s tuned into customer satisfaction coupled with excellent people skills. Seriously consider for manager.

After buying a $200+ battery, and them not being able to help change it, they said I had to buy my own socket set because I couldn't use their tools to quickly change my dead car battery. Apparently, these tools aren't part of the borrowing program. Nonetheless, very minimal customer service. I left to another location. Go up the street a bit to the location on Clark -- they're great...and actually helpful!
