My experience with this store was deeply disappointing. While the establishment presents itself as customer-focused, the reality fell considerably short of that expectation. My visit to this store was unfortunately overshadowed by the unprofessional conduct of several staff members. Rather than maintaining a welcoming and customer-focused environment, employees appeared more engaged in personal conversations than assisting customers. What made the experience particularly uncomfortable was that some of these discussions were inappropriate for a public retail setting and easily audible to customers throughout the store. Throughout my visit, there was a noticeable lack of attentiveness, and obtaining assistance felt like an inconvenience rather than a service being offered. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was sufficiently disappointing to warrant one. Unless significant improvements are made to both customer service and operational standards, I cannot recommend this store.

I had a great experience at AutoZone located at 4726 N Western Ave, Chicago, IL 60625, United States thanks to Tomas. He was very polite, professional, and helpful. He helped me replace the battery in my car quickly and made the whole process easy and stress-free. He answered my questions, worked carefully, and had a very positive attitude the entire time. It’s hard to find employees who truly care about customers, but Tomas went above and beyond. I really appreciate his help and excellent customer service. I highly recommend this AutoZone location and especially Tomas if you need help with your car. Thank you again!
