  I went to this Auto Zone to get some new windshield wipers. The guy that helped me, didn’t catch his name, but he was white I believe with brown hair/beard. I asked him if he could help me with something and I felt like I was bothering him. He asked if I knew what sizes I need in a way that sounded like he was annoyed. I asked if they could install my new wipers for me, and he did which I appreciate. But while we were out there, he’s tossing the boxes that the wipers were in on my car. I believe he may have tossed the old wipers on there too but I can’t say for sure. Now I know he didn’t cause any damage, but I still felt that was rude to be throwing things on someone’s car but whatever. Only reason I gave two stars was because he put the windshield wipers on well and the other two employees I spoke to there briefly were nice. I just didn’t like the brown haired/bearded guy’s disposition. Truly felt like I was bothering him and when I thanked him, he didn’t respond. Not the worst customer service experience ever but it definitely left a bad taste in my mouth so I don’t plan on going back to this location. I started to go the one on Clark Street originally. Maybe I should have went with my first mind.

  Very late with this but went into your store late January/early February with my son because his car needed a new battery. Don't remember her name, but a small, very nice young lady came out in the 15 degree cold and had the battery swapped out in less than 5 minutes. Shout out to her and your store!

  Kitty S. is the best! Helped with installing a windshield wiper that I couldn’t figure out and didn’t make me feel silly about it :)
