  Brian was extremely helpful and attentive. He went above and beyond to help me resolve some issues I was having with my car, I do not know much about cars so he was very helpful and patinet.

  Alejandro and Moises were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about my battery issue. They helped me choose the right battery by presenting the pros and cons of each option. Then they installed the battery in a timely and efficient manner. Thank you to these two for their outstanding customer service. I will be returning here for my future auto parts needs.

  I needed to be somewhere on a Friday night at midnight just to find out the car wouldn’t start, so my plans were cancelled. That wasn’t a big deal, but my mom needed to be at work at 8:30AM. This location (store 4462) opened at 7:30AM, so it worked out perfectly for us since we live a mile away. We got there right as Jose Delgado was unlocking the door for the day and he held the door open for us. I have nothing but great things to say about him: quick, helpful, informative, kind and SUPER professional. As a woman in a male dominated field, I know it can feel intimidating and also worrisome if they’re being honest or trying to upsell you. That was not the case here AT ALL. He made my mom and I feel comfortable and even suggested waiting inside where the AC was on and we could be in the shade, out of the sun’s way. We were on our way before 8AM and she was able to make it to work safely and on time. Batteries thankfully don’t need to be replaced often, but whenever it’s time again, we will definitely be back here. I usually go with a man on auto part runs, but this was my first time without one and it was more than I could have asked for. I would even have felt comfortable sending my mom on her own because of how easy and quick the whole process was. He was also informative and made sure I knew how their reward program works that I signed up for while I was there and also made sure to tell me twice about the battery’s 4 year warranty and how I can bring it back should anything happen to it before then. His professionalism and effective communication skills made me feel at ease, considering how being a woman with car problems can be a vulnerable time. I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience was deserving of one. He is an asset to this store and company and I hope he’s recognized appropriately because he certainly deserves it!

  Excellent customer service! Alejandro was extremely helpful, professional, and courteous. He helped me with my tail light, installed the new bulb, and also replaced the batteries in both of my car keys. He took the time to make sure everything was working properly before I left. It’s always great to receive this kind of service from someone who genuinely wants to help the customer. Alejandro went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate his assistance. Five-star service all the way — highly recommended!
