- JHJoann HeaneyAug 22, 20265.0I have been going to Auto Service 1 on Kenzie even before it was Auto Service one. Fortunately Auto Service 1 delivers great work on my Mazda. I am super grateful for them being close by to my place as they are great. Fabulous customer service as well. Ivan is so kind and punctual at getting my car in for an appointment. Hermann, Carlos and the rest of the mechanics are really great. I get a detailed report on what needs to be reviewed, what needs repair, what they did and what can be held off for future so as not overwhelm my pocket. I get my oil changes every three months or within the suggested mileage there too. It has saved me money from not going to the dealer. I have a 2016 Mazda that functions well and is well maintained thanks to this team.

Ivan and German are both awesome - they are transparent, honest, and will do whatever it takes to achieve the highest level of service. Whether it's been a major suspension repair, or a simple key fob replacement, my wife and I have always felt prioritized by the Team at AS1. I can't recommend this shop enough, and as long as we live in Chicago we will be loyal customers.

There was no upsell after the inspection. The technician just reviewed what to do when in keeping with the maintenance schedule. The interactions with the staff there was both professional and courteous. This was my first visit and I plan to do future maintenance there.

They don't do anything to your car without your permission, and they work with you to make sure everything you want (and need) to get done gets done.
