  Drove in from out of town and had a lot of front end noise. Ashland Tire was recommended. They got us in quickly on short notice. We needed a ball joint replaced. We had had that repair done on the other side of the car a couple of years ago by our regular mechanic. The price Ashland quoted was about the same as the previous repair and actually might have been less expensive. There were no surprises in the final bill. Communication was excellent. They got the work completed quickly. Excellent experience

  Just pretty annoyed. I came in for a brake change around 8:15 in the morning. I did call ahead as well. It’s 1030. I go up to the desk. No one told me anything I’m asking. Hey how much longer do you think it’s gonna be for my car, and I’m told that my car is barely going up in the air. Meaning they’re barely taking a look at it. I’m sitting here for almost going on three hours and you’re telling me you guys haven’t even looked at the car yet.? I work night shift. I didn’t attend to keep my whole morning there. At least I would’ve gone home if I knew they haven’t even looked at my car yet for almost 3 hours. Just really annoying and lack of communication and I’ve taken my car here before.

  Longtime customer, will never go anywhere else in the city. Super upfront and fair about pricing, fast service, nice team members and they don’t try and oversell you on anything. I know absolutely nothing about cars and they take time to explain all fixes and make sure I know what’s going on with the car. We recommend them to all of our friends.

  So grateful for the kindness and honesty from this neighborhood shop. I brought my Highlander in for a rattling noise near the rear passenger side, and they quickly diagnosed and fixed it right away. It turned out to be a simple issue, and they wouldn’t even charge me. Such trustworthy, old-school service and so appreciated. Highly recommend for anyone in the Lakeview area looking for an honest mechanic.
