- ARAzay ramosOct 16, 20261.0the lack of management in this advance auto parts its unbelievable they really cant process a simple core return and want to keep ur core money thats not what their suppose to be doing pocketing someones core return money. i bought the caliper cause there was going to be a 50 return on the old part with original box and receipt but clearly they act dumb and lost when it comes to returns and core transactions i feel like they need to get a new team they all slack like their manager they need new hires highly trained that know more about vehicles and parts.
- EEElfourrOct 7, 20261.0i recently bought a brake caliper and they told me if i return the old one i could get 50 for the core the workers there clearly didnt know whats a core and they asked me for a receipt of the core i dont know who is training them but the general manager beatriz molina i sent an email about this issue she clearly didnt care and Nooo respond she probably kept the 50 for herself there soo greaty they can keep the 50 i had a bad expirience and manager beatriz molina no were to be found and she is not a good manager dont know what she is doing or i dont think they know about car parts they seem lost for some reason. its a good store but poorly ran by management they dont care about the shop as long as they get their check and make the christmas bonus they good.

While the associate, Kristian, was friendly and helped me find the correct tail light bulbs for my daughter’s car, he added a $3.39 product protection plan to my purchase without my knowledge or consent. He only asked if I needed bulb grease, which I declined—nothing else was mentioned. I only discovered the unauthorized charge after reviewing my receipt at home. When I returned to confront him, he blamed the store’s system, but I believe he acted deliberately. The manager also sided with him rather than addressing my concern. What troubles me most is the breach of trust—especially since Kristian serves Spanish‑speaking customers who may not notice or question such charges. I suspect this may be a recurring practice. I am leaving this review to alert other customers to review their receipts carefully. I hope management takes this matter seriously.
