    I’ll never come back here again. I came in for a battery replacement and waited 20 minutes for the attendant to find the battery, only for it to be exactly where he was looking to begin with and another attendant finally helping. Then, I had repeatedly asked if they could install the battery, they said yes. They took the payment which took another 5 minutes of him asking for the phone number 10 times over again, (he would type it in and close out the screen each time for what ever reason) and just stared. I said, “I need the install..”, the attendant said, “oh yeah” and takes another five minutes looking up the car 4 times over again and said, “we can’t do it.” Then had us wait over 10 minutes again while other guests were helped and just started doing a refund without communicating anything. I asked 4 times what he was doing and he wouldn’t answer then said he was doing a refund. I could have had my battery done same day with purchase MANY other places but now have to wait 4-5 business days for my refund? Hundreds of dollars and I never received an apology from a single person just a simple my bad as I was already walking out the door. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever had.

    Pésimo servicio la primera vez que fui me dijeron que el alternador y batería no servía y debía cambiarlo, lo cual fue falso, solo necesitaba reemplazar la batería. Además de que siempre se niegan a prestar un servicio hay un tipo Calvo que siempre se niega a recargar mi batería o testear mi carro, les recomiendo que vayan al de la 47 y wester, te atienden y te ofrecen buen servicio
