  I have been coming to ATrendz for more than 10 years to have work done on my vehicles, and I will not be coming back after this most recent experience. I brought my vehicle in to have after market parts installed and I asked to have the wheel alignment checked as my steering wheel was off center. Similar to Jason below ATrendz charged me for a wheel alignment then told me afterwards that the wheel alignment was not the problem claiming that there was suspension work required. ATrendz told me the car shouldn't be driven until the suspension is fixed, and they would refer me down the street to the Firestone - I never received any follow up communication. When I picked up the vehicle the ATrendz rep mentioned that a steering/suspension arm was bent - if the mechanic had seen that, why would you perform the alignment and risk damaging the part further? Why would you not call the customer to tell them that information? Totally reckless. Should also mention that the entire day had passed and I had to call ATrendz to find out if the work was finished because ATrendz never bothered to let me know. Additionally there were 3 aftermarket parts to be installed, all of which were in the trunk of the vehicle and only 2 parts were installed. ATrendz failed to complete the scope of work that I had asked for, and charged me for a service that I clearly did not need.

  Awesome service. Team was so professional, knowledgeable, nice and funny. They took such great care of my Whitney (Mini) Cooper . Amazing job on the Dash Cam install. Highly recommend this business and service. Thank you guys!!!!!

  Brought the wife's jeep in for a bumper and winch install guys did a great job. Bringing in my Tundra in for a bumper winch and KC Hilites install that's how pleased I was with them.
