  I had a great experience at this auto shop. The staff was friendly, professional, and honest about the work my vehicle needed. They explained everything clearly, completed the repairs on time, and the pricing was fair. My car is running great, and I appreciate the excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy auto repairs.

  I accidentally came here instead of next door. I was using my gps and parked my car to go look for help. I was approached by a man who literally yelled at me that I couldn’t park there. I told him I had an appt with San Jose’s Auto Repair for my car and he said very rudely “look at the sign, what does it say…” and yelled I couldn’t park there once again. I have never used either place so I was simply confused but treated with nothing but disrespect and rudeness. I’m a very nice and understanding person and would have gladly moved without the hostility. I drove off in tears. I am a single woman in the city and have gone through some very difficult life changing events as of lately…literally was just trying to get my car looked at.. My advice to them: you truly have NO idea what people are battling, just try to show a little kindness.

  Jim is awesome, I Took my Mercedes and took well care of me , I thought I knew the problem was wiring and it ended up being a sensor, he saved me a ton of money

  Very clear and upfront about work. Fair price. I had a replacement light kit needed installed and the team here checked it out. Was able to do the work. Great place.

  Jim took great care of us while we broke down in Chicago. Got us a new engine plus fixed the faulty repair from a shop that didn’t do it right the first time. Our Toyota Rav 4 ran great driving it home. Highly recommend them, great people.
