I took my car into the dealership and they stated the filter was loose and not properly installed. Oil spilled underneath my car and oil pan in which the dealership had to clean it and refill my oil and I was charged for Valvoline technicians mistake. I made a claim with Valvoline April 6, 2026 and have yet to hear back as of today April 22, 2026.
