  Worst Penske Location, not one time they take it too long like 3-4 weeks sometimes 1.5 months to fix small issues citing they are busy, if you want to save sometime take your trucks to different Penske locations,

  They are very slow. They refuse to change tires. I have 5 new tires with fresh rubber and they won't change out the other 3 that are low or the recap is splitting. Had a blow out due to the front axle having old low tred tire and the back axle having fresh new tires.

  We went to pick up the semi truck (Freightliner) and were told it was ready. When we arrived, it was in terrible condition. The seats and the bed were covered in hair, as if the previous driver had been transporting dogs. The seats were dirty, and one even had a cigarette burn hole, despite the truck being marked as disinfected and clean. I’m attaching photos and a video as proof. This is not the same Penske as before. The trucks used to be new and clean; now they’re old and dirty. We refused to take it and left. Even after they offered to clean it again, we declined. There was no refrigerator, no microwave — nothing. Completely unacceptable. Unit -199551
