  Go somewhere else… I am new to town, but not a new Valvoline customer. Experiences at other locations have been great. This location spilled oil all over my vehicle and didn’t bother to clean it up. They left dirty hand marks all on the outside of my white hood. They also got a drop of something on the fender which ate through the clear coat on my paint. Customers work their butts off to pay for their vehicles. The last thing they need is someone who doesn’t want to be at work messing it up. When I first arrived I was told to come back in 30 minutes. I came back and the workers made it clear they didn’t want to be there. Will never visit another Valvoline after this, which is sad since it’s been my go to for years. Update: I emailed customer service as requested. They offered me a 50% off coupon and an apology. They did not schedule time to review the damage in person.
