Terrible service; making an appointment is pointless because they don't honor the scheduled time. I waited two hours and decided to leave.

One of the best services I have ever received in a very long time. The store manager was amazing and so very helpful. The service was beyond amazing and they did it quick and with no issues what so ever. I will for sure be back for more services.

I called the local number provided by Google and followed the prompt selections to speak to someone about pricing 4 tires for my 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage. Unfortunately, I must have been routed to a call center. The phone agent immediately suggested an appointment, I stated I was beginning the process of pricing tires and wanted to know price and availability prior to booking an appointment. She advised that a manager on site would be best able to speak to price but assured they carry all major brands and again asked if I would like an appointment. I stated I had called the line with the intention of getting cost and availability prior to an appointment and asked to be transferred to the local store for the appropriate assistance. The entire call I got the impression that I was troubling her and if I was not scheduling an appointment she wasn’t interested in helping. I do not feel like I followed the inappropriate prompts, but it’s already a negative enough experience for me to seek a different vendor and leave a negative review without actually being able to be assisted by the local store.

They tried to sell me on things being wrong with my car. Stating the filter needs to be changed, the brakes and that there was no oil in my car. I just had my car fully worked on at my trusted mechanic on the 13th and took them the report. They laughed at their inability to read a stick and the way they inspected my car. I got my new tires, and for some reason didnt receive all of my tire valve covers that i arrived with. That is purely an anesthetic issue, but that is a detail that was over looked. Also, there is a known issue on my car that tire barn stated was a non issue. I will not recommend tire barn to anyone of my friends and family, and when i am in need of tires again, i will take my business somewhere else. Suggestion learn to read a stick on clean oil.

April 6th came in for new tires, was told I needed alignment too because my rear tires were cupping on my 21 Honda Accord. By June my brand new tires on the rear look just like the old ones. There is an obvious negative camber. Little research shows that it’s a known issue with accords 2018-2023. The car needs aftermarket adjustable camber arms in order to fix it. However I was given the car back believing that my wheels were in alignment and had no warning that you were unable to fix the camber. The negative camber is easily visible to the naked eye. There is no chance someone performing an alignment could miss it. But, they sent me on my way with brand new tires and no warning, no mention of the issue in an alignment report, which resulted in my brand new tires being trash within two months. I replaced the camber arms with adjustable arms and new shocks. I put new tires on it. Now it needs alignment done properly. I took it in to see if they would do the alignment right & they wanted me to pay again. Why would I pay again when it wasn’t done right the first time?
