  Art is great! He was very thorough and knowledgeable about the vehicles he talked to us about and didn't try to force feed us any long winded sales pitches. When we made our choice and picked the vehicle up, he gave us a full tutorial on all of the systems and features. Fantastic!

  Dale, was great to work with, he had the vehicle we wanted to test drive, inside and defrosted when we got there, and when we got back had us a fair deal ready to present . once our deal was struck, he worked hard to get us in the new car in a timely manner. I would buy from Dale again anytime. We also loved Sullivan's no mark up on new vehicles, which many bigger dealers are adding to their stock.

  I ended up having a battery issue which I still had warranty. I had to leave my place of work arrange for a ride to the dealership to get the battery go exchange the battery bring it back to the dealership by the time all of that took place the technician had left for the day. I had to wait till the next day to get my car. All the time being without a car, I had to arrange transportation to and from work. I was still charged the $129 diagnostic fee. The whole situation was very frustrating.

  This was the worst car buying that me and my wife been in..lied about the option on car .said it came with remote start and it didnt..having all kind of problem with car..went to go trade car in at another dealership found out car already been in wreck when they swore up a and down that it have not.get cold outside car want go in gear .u can go on and on ..I will never buy another mercedes Benz sticking to American built.
