- KHKaylee HolmanApr 28, 20261.0Now I'm just getting irritated. My window was replaced 4/17. Immediately I noticed the seals on the side of the windshield were popping up as I drove it. I submitted a warranty appointment for 4/27. The guy called and I did explain there was no covering and we had storms rolling in. But they never contacted me to say whether they did anything and online it says the appointment was completed. However, the issue still persisted. It's like they aren't secured at all. I went to the website to see what I should do. It now tells me to call the 1-800 number. I can't schedule another appointment. I've called the 1-800 number and 3 times now I go through the 2 minutes of automation just to reach an automated message that says "We can't help you right now" and then directs you back to the website that STILL CANT HELP!!!! Well who can then?????? I can't call the Champaign office because it goes to the 1-800!!!! Never in my life will i use this service for anything! Your customer service doesn't even exist and your only job is to replace windshields and you apparently suck at that! Who doesn't SEAL THE SEALS???? Update: if you cant get through to customer service just call like you're making a new appointment and they'll get someone on the line from customer service. It may take 30 minutes. But hey it's better than the automated message that says it can't help you.
