  State Farm insisted I use Gerber as they are a Select Service Vendor for repairs. They ordered damaged parts, lost parts of my vehicle unrelated to the damaged repairs (a gust of wind apparently blew away some trim pieces), and attempted to return my vehicle still damaged - as the radio/back up camera is now inoperative. I have proof through phone logs and Spotify that it was not only operational at the time of impact…but I even used my car’s Bluetooth to call 911. Shop manager Karen has changed her story several times not only on the phone with me but to State Farm as well. Instead of filing for supplemental damages or stating that Gerber is unable to perform such repairs she’s chosen the “pass the buck” method of resolution and tried to get me to accept my vehicle while still damaged. I have already filed a complaint based on their negligence and labor errors to State Farm directly and will file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and all the other agencies related to ensure no one else has to be a victim of their incompetence. All that being said the actual mechanic Ryan that performed the body work that was completed did an excellent job. It is simply unfortunate that Gerber is unable or unwilling to perform all the work necessary to restore my vehicle to pre-loss conditions.

  I had a wonderful experience witb Gerber Collision! I brought my car in after hitting a deer and my car was a mangled mess. Now that i have my car back, and have been driving it for a few weeks, i can confidently say you truly cannot even tell i hit a deer. They did a great job and their customer service is wonderful. Their communication is wonderful. I am over all very pleased!

  Had to have car towed in for rear differential damage I just knew it would take a few weeks to get fixed but instead it only took a few days!!!!

  I had a great experience with this repair shop. Ryan was perfect from start to finish—very professional, responsive, and helpful. They repaired a dent on my liftgate and repainted it flawlessly; the paint match and overall quality were excellent. They originally promised the car would be ready in 7 days, but they finished the work in just 4 days, which was a great surprise. I’m very happy with the results and highly recommend this shop.
