- MAMohamed AidOct 3, 20263.0Updated Review: I recently had the brake pads and rotors replaced on my Ford F-150 at CarX. Shortly afterward, I experienced a serious issue with the front driver's-side wheel overheating and smoking. I returned to the shop, and they replaced the brake caliper, but unfortunately, the problem continued. I had to bring the truck back again, and they replaced the brake hose. I appreciate that CarX continued working on the issue and made efforts to correct it. However, having to return multiple times for a potentially dangerous brake problem was frustrating and concerning. I'm currently driving the truck and monitoring the situation. I hope the latest repair has permanently resolved the issue.

- WWWhitney WyattAug 25, 20261.0I was headed to Chicago for work and got a slow leak in my tire and stopped here for help and the guy refused service because he was the only person there. He had no other customers or nothing just sitting behind the desk. I guess you get paid to not work these days.
- NCNorth Star Home ConsultantsJul 9, 20265.0Illinois pothole got me! My tire managed to hold air long enough to get here. The gentleman got on the phone right away and got a tire here within minutes. Super nice and accommodating. I felt important, even as a stranger passing through. 100% recommend.
- HDHaidan DavisJun 30, 20265.0I was in need of putting a tire on a rim for my car, they said it would be a 2 hour wait. It was done in a hour. They did amazing job. I will be back in the future.
