    I was on a road trip to Nashville for the Illinois Bowl game and had stayed the night in Champaign. On our way out of town the parking break had frozen. We were on a tight timeline to make the events in Nashville, so we were worried about how long it would take to get back on the road. I limped the car to the shop, ready for a heap of bad news. The manager got a tech on it right away. The repair was done in under an hour! He basically charged us nothing for the time and wished us a safe journey and go Illini! Couldn’t be more impressed with the crew on Neal St!

    Bobby was amazing l, he couldn't fit me in but he helped me plug my tire and fill it with air. He was real life saver. We need more peoplw like him.

    Tried quoting me 2,000$+ to fix “my breaks” which had no issues . Even took it to another Mechanic to get a 2nd opinion cause it sounded fishy and they even state nothing was wrong . Other people I talked to in the area afterwards said they also been over quoted here
