  I had a very disappointing experience with CarX Auto. I paid around $400 to have my car repaired, but the original problem was never fixed. When I returned with the same issue, the store manager scanned the car again and confirmed that the replacement part they had installed was faulty. The part was covered under warranty, but I was told they could not replace it because they did not have the labor available. Since I needed my car, I had no choice but to take it to another repair shop. I had to pay another $400, and that shop diagnosed the problem, replaced the faulty sensor, changed the engine oil, and replaced the oil filter. The issue was resolved immediately. As part of my warranty claim, I submitted the repair invoice from the second shop as evidence that the work had to be redone because of the defective part. Despite providing all the requested documentation, it has now been over a month, and my refund has still not been processed. I have followed up multiple times, but there has been no resolution. Customers should not have to pay twice for the same repair because of a faulty part, especially when the warranty claim is supported with proper documentation. The lack of urgency in handling this refund has made the entire experience extremely frustrating. I cannot recommend this location based on my experience.

  We made an appointment. Showed up even early and no one was there. The shop was closed. Don’t trust the third party appointment booking service. They are not at the location and the shop obviously doesn’t update their hours with the service. This cost us a day and $120 to stay at a hotel. Clearly this shop doesn’t understand customer service or the basics of running a business. Very frustrating.

  The person at the front desk did not know how to treat customers properly. He was unnecessarily rude throughout the entire process. I went there to have my Honda CR-V’s Michelin tires inspected for a possible warranty claim. At first, the staff made it seem as though they were not going to perform the inspection at all. However, after Michelin customer service contacted them and explained that they were required to complete the tire check under Michelin’s warranty process, they finally agreed to do it. Even after that, the person at the front desk continued to behave very rudely, as if they were doing me a personal favor for free, even though this was part of their responsibility as a Michelin-authorized service provider. My concern is that if they behave this poorly over a simple tire warranty inspection, I would not feel comfortable trusting them with more serious vehicle issues. Their attitude raises serious concerns about how they may handle customers and vehicles in more complicated situations.

  Avoid this place at all costs. If I could give them -5 stars I would. I dropped my car off they had it for a week and didn't call me once, but I called them multiple times and got bullshitted every time. They didn't even try to submit a claim to the warranty place for one of the issues I told them needed fixed. They didn't diagnose the other problems I had concerns about, they cracked my windshield and when I talked to them about the cracked windshield the dude on the phone said they aren't responsible for anything that happens to your car while they have it sitting in their parking lot. These people are sketchy and do not deserve your business. Do not let them touch your car.
