  After finding a nail in my tire Wednesday night, I called the Carpentersville Belle Tire location Thursday morning to ask about the repair cost. I was pleasantly surprised when Oscar (if I have the name right) let me know it would be free of charge. He was warm and welcoming on the phone and walked me through everything clearly. I came in around 5 PM and was helped by Danny, who was equally friendly and professional. He explained the whole process upfront, then called me two hours later to let me know the car was ready. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. The shop was also clean and well-organized. I couldn't be more impressed, and I want to thank everyone for the outstanding service. I absolutely recommend this location.

  I decided to get new tires and an alignment here. I was very happy with the price and with the customer service provided by Oscar and Alex. I would recommend Belle Tires to anyone.

  Made a scheduled appointment, didn’t get my car looked at until 70 min later. Told it was because it was “backed up”. Wife needed tire done quickly next morning. Called and was told “one car here, we can get you taken care of right away.” She’s been there for 45 min, car not looked at and staff just hanging around. Zero sense of urgency at all. I only went here because the Mavis near me closed and two poor experiences in back-to-back days. Not again.

  I highly recommend Belle Tire in C-Ville. I had no idea that they did mechanic work as well as tires! I knew something was wrong with my brakes or suspension. I was buying tires so I mentioned it to the guy up front and the mechanic took a look at quickly figured out that I needed pads and rotors. I got an upfront quote and the mechanic Chris got the job done quickly. Truly a reliable and straightforward team of people over there!
