  Very bad workers playing not paying attention on work iam from long years with this car wash now the workers not good,misbehave not attending when there is some issue with the gate to enter even after hunk not coming to help when I went inside to speak there attitude is very bad never go this car wash,iam surprised the owner has not responded to my review,I need to talk with the owner not to the manager since he is not managing properly,I spoke with him but it went wrong to me these workers damaged my car.

  I’ve had membership for $30 plan for 2 years, but I’ve finally had enough and will be cancelling my membership. For the past 2 months, the tire shine hasn’t worked, and the mat machine by the vending area has also been out of service for months. I’ve continued paying for a membership while multiple services I’m supposed to have access to simply aren’t working. That’s not acceptable, especially after being a customer for two years. I have PHOTOS, videos, and other PROOF documenting these issues. I shouldn’t have to keep paying for services that aren’t being maintained or provided. I was told by an employee that the manager would fix it but one month later here we are

  OWNERS/ MANAGERS READ ME do better for your customers. I’m a monthly customer but going to cancel now. Your exit from the car was has been horrible since winter of 2025. I’ve held off posting a review giving your team grace to repair the asphalt. Thinking winter with a freeze and thaw wouldn’t be a good time for repairs. Then spring came with wet weather and again giving grace yet now it’s July 24, 2026 and no more excuses. I pay to have a clean car only to get water splashed on it while I pull out. Today I drove into easily a 6 inch deep POTHOLE filled with water. I’ve witnessed for the last 6 Months get worse. This means you and your team truly don’t care. I drive a jeep and my jeep took a hit! I can’t imagine anything smaller will survive that crater Of a pothole. This has been going on way too long. Very disappointing! Who should I send my repair bill to now that my rims are scratched?
