  I had a very disappointing experience with this location. I was charged recurring monthly fees without proper authorization, and after disputing the charges and receiving a refund, the money was later reversed and taken from my account again. Even after my debit card was reissued, they were somehow still able to process the reversal. The entire situation has been frustrating and extremely concerning from a billing and customer service standpoint. I strongly recommend that customers carefully monitor their bank statements and review any membership or recurring payment agreements before signing up here. I am currently escalating the matter with my bank and considering further legal action.

  Extremely rude employees. I have a membership and came here on April 28th around 11:30am CST. Half of the vacuums do not work so I tried three different ones. It's been like this my last few visits. but today I saw workers and knocked on the office door. This boy/girl with very short hair opened and I said hi, just so you know these vacuums don't work. They replied confused like "ok....." So I said Is there a refund possiblity.They replied "bro the vacuums are free." I said well not really you pay for a wash and then the vacuum is free..if I go anywhere else I cannot just get a free vacuum without paying for another wash. They replied that I could have just came here not gotten a wash and used the vacuums. They shut the door and rolled their eyes........

  STAY AWAY ***update*** The business responded with what appears to be a generic, copy-and-paste message (similar to responses left for other reviewers), asking me to reach out again. However, I had already attempted to resolve this directly and did not receive meaningful follow-up. The link provided only directs to their general website, not a specific contact or customer care representative to actually address the issue. The situation remains unresolved. Original review: I waited to write this review to give Jet Brite time to resolve the situation, but unfortunately, they have not. On January 30th (almost three months ago), I went through a Jet Brite car wash when the system malfunctioned, causing my vehicle and three others to repeatedly collide. Employees didn’t notice until one of us continuously honked, at which point they finally stopped the wash. I expected staff to be outside addressing the situation and guiding us on next steps. Instead, I had to walk inside during a snowstorm to find help, where employees appeared to be eating dinner as if nothing had happened. We were asked to fill out incident reports and told someone would follow up within a few days. After multiple back-and-forth communications with customer care, I was ultimately told the incident was not their fault. They claimed the first car in line exited neutral too early, causing the chain reaction. However, their system should be designed to stop in a situation like that—not allow multiple vehicles to crash into each other. I explained this concern to their operations director, Jordan Boyer. At one point, it seemed like they might take responsibility, as the manager, Jeff, contacted me to request an estimate for the damages. I sent it over promptly, but never received a response. I followed up again and still heard nothing. I know from similar situations—such as one involving a friend at another car wash—that reimbursement for damages is not an unreasonable expectation. All of this considered, I strongly recommend staying away. I gave them ample opportunity to make this right, and they failed to do so. I’m attaching photos showing the damage from the night of the incident and the ongoing paint deterioration. If you care about your vehicle, I would not risk going here—and I would reconsider any memberships.
