  I was part of a group of 14 that had booked two Wagoneer L SUVs. Due to circumstances, the second vehicle wasn’t available, but Zack informed us ahead of time and was fully prepared when we arrived at the Carol Stream location.   Our group of 14 recently took a trip to the Smoky Mountains. We had reserved two Wagoneer L SUVs from the Enterprise location in Carol Stream. Unfortunately, when we arrived to pick them up, only one was available. Zack handled the situation with exceptional professionalism and customer service. He quickly found a solution by offering us a 15-passenger Sprinter van instead. It actually turned out to be a much better option since our entire group was able to travel together in one vehicle, making the trip even more enjoyable and memorable. To top it off, Zack gave us a great deal, which resulted in significant cost savings for our group. His willingness to go above and beyond turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a fantastic experience. I would like to sincerely thank Zack for his outstanding professionalism, accommodation, and excellent customer service. He deserves the highest rating, and I would highly recommend the Enterprise location in Carol Stream to anyone looking for a rental vehicle.
