  My car was in limbo of being totaled. So It took a few weeks for that process to be finalized. Enterprise put me in a Chevy trax and it fulfilled all my needs. When I returned it I forgot my parking pass among some other things and Jackson took great care of this. This is the second time I’ve used the carol stream location and both have been great experiences.

  Thanks to Zak I was in a vehicle within a half an hour when the Lombard store had no vehicles after reserving a car a week prior. Not only did Zak get me into a vehicle immediately he even gave me his personal phone cord so I could use my I phone in the car. Thank you Zak for being top notch in customer service!!!
