  Had a bolt in my tire and was leaking air badly , was going to take it to my usual shop but they were packed. Called up Belle Tires and Derrick answered and I had asked what the Walk-In times were currently for a repair and told me there was currently 1 customer waiting and if I came in it would take about a hour ! Came in and took exactly as he said ! Derrick and his team were professional and friendly during the service. Will be coming back again for potential new tires and a alignment :)

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Belle Tire, especially Julie and Gabriel, but truly everyone I have interacted with, from the office staff to the technicians, has been exceptional. Everyone is pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely interested in helping you understand your options rather than simply selling you repairs. As a single parent, car repairs can be a significant expense. My personal vehicle needed front and rear brakes and shocks, and they helped me prioritize the repairs and spread them out over a couple of months so I could manage the cost. We later brought in the vehicle my kids drive after receiving a very large estimate from our regular mechanic. I asked Belle Tire to do a safety inspection, tell me what actually needed to be done, and give me an honest opinion about whether the vehicle was worth repairing. It ultimately needed an alternator, battery, belt, front and rear brakes, tires, and a tie rod. What especially impressed me was that the vehicle had been making a strange noise for months. Our regular mechanic had previously looked at it specifically because of that noise and couldn't identify the problem. Belle Tire found the worn tie rod during their inspection without even needing to hear the noise. Their pricing was also more than 40% less than the quote we received elsewhere. We do receive a fleet discount, which helped, but the difference was still significant. They got us in quickly, completed a substantial amount of work, accommodated us when the vehicle had to be towed in, and got it safely back on the road when we needed it. I usually gravitate toward smaller shops because I value personal service, but Belle Tire has managed to provide the resources and efficiency of a larger company while still giving customers the personal attention and care you hope for from a neighborhood shop. Julie, Gabriel, and the entire team helped me navigate a complicated situation with professionalism, patience, kindness, and no pressure. I genuinely felt like they wanted to help me make the best decisions for my family. I am incredibly grateful for how we were treated and would recommend them without hesitation.

  Julie, went above and beyond to serve us. 5 hours from home and our tire was losing air due to a cracked rim. We were originally told it may be 5 days to get a new one in. She had us serviced and back on the road in less than 24 hours. God bless you, Julie!
