  Julie, went above and beyond to serve us. 5 hours from home and our tire was losing air due to a cracked rim. We were originally told it may be 5 days to get a new one in. She had us serviced and back on the road in less than 24 hours. God bless you, Julie!

  First time at Belle and would return and recommend to others. Did my own research online and bought 4 new Michelin tires for my Explorer ST. No pressure experience. Mark was outstanding to deal with. A month later I got a nail in my new tire and brought it back and they fixed it with 30 min for free.

  Today was my first time into Belle Tire, to replace the tires on my Ford F-150. I had two flats, and wanted them fixed, but was informed (not surprisingly) that the fronts were too worn (3/32") to be repaired safely. The service writer (Derek) gave me several replacement options, and I went with the Goodyear Wranglers, as these are very well-known for value and performance on light trucks. The total, including installation and 3-year protection plan, was $1,100, which is a great deal for these tires. Once I saw the tires installed, they looked weird to me, because my last set had the white lettering facing out, and these were black. I drove all the way home, thinking I could probably get used to it, but decided it was worth asking if they could switch them around. (I should have said something before they were installed, but it never crossed my mind.) So I drove back, and they were only too happy to turn them around, and it looks so much better! Thanks to Victor (very polite technician) and Derek for outstanding service start to finish! They went the extra mile, and I really appreciated their friendliness and professionalism. I highly recommend these guys!

  I had a great experience at both this location and Bloomingdale. Everyone I interacted with was kind and they were very accommodating in getting my car in to be worked on. It was also done quickly which was great. Things with my car were also very straightforward which I really appreciated. I’d be happy using either location in the future for our cars. Thanks!

  I usually do not, do reviews but this needs to be known at this location and the poor workmanship I discovered. Brought my 2019 Audi RS3 in to get my tires done on 6/12/25. Derek Dudash's customer service was great 5 stars on that. I had brought my own tires in for mounting on my very expensive HRE aftermarket wheels, and washing the wheels for the first time today, I noticed nasty gauges and machine marks from the installation on all 4 wheels. I also noticed the tech didn't clean any off the old adhesive from the previous wheel weights. I'm throughly unhappy with this discovery giving them the benefit of the doubt, they did a great job. now I know why the tire tech didn't clean the white tire lube off the wheels which contrasted the marks. I won't call the young technician out, as I remember his name. but I wish he would just fessed up to the mess up right then and there, and we could of resolved this the same day. Also taking this review to the BBB. ***edit*** I wanted to mention that the store manager, handled this damage claim, in a very professional manner. She was extremely nice about it, and did her due diligence on my situation. They did the right thing and resolved the problem.
