- MMMattMay 9, 20261.0Crappy employees, they don’t tell you when you’re supposed to get something free with your purchase. I asked for it 30 seconds later when I came back inside and they didn’t care and said it was too late. I told them they should have told me about it and he just shrugged.
- NWNicole WoodMay 9, 20261.0Rude cashier. They advertise on their building with multiple signs they offer a free filter with a 5 qt oil purchase. We purchased 5 qts of oil and were not offered the free filter. After walking to the car & going back in to purchase a funnel we inquired about the free filter we were supposed to receive with the oil we purchased 2 minutes prior, and the cashier said no it’s too late since we walked out already. Even though we made a second purchase. Clearly rude workers with no sense of customer care. Will not be returning again.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
