  Great customer service experience. Vehicle (Rogue) was very clean. Handled well on road and was high traffic volume. Vehicle was spacious as well. Will be renting again the future.

  they try to scam my mom for a car charging her $900 for a car for 3 day because she had a new york license i ended up having my friend with. a illinois license rent the car for $600 i return the car to the enterprise in my area in new york and my bill was $481.73 they never emailed my friend her paperwork and still haven’t sent back the deposit to her car dont deal with conner there he a scammer and will rip you off thank god the new york enterprise told use this and we will be filling a case against this enterprise and employee conner as well so just a heads up to everyone

  My husband and I rent from here for vacation needs and we are always happy to do business with the Carbondale branch. Sean helped us today and was friendly, helpful and attentive not to mention hilarious. We will be back!
