- CTCory TaylorApr 27, 20261.0I walked into mavis on 4/26 to replace 1 tire. I was told by Jim that i had to make a reservation online so i di so for the next day which is today (4/27). Jim also informed me through the reservation i can get the online price. Today the salesmen denied me the online price and when i asked why, he exclaimed that I reserved the appointment to “check tires” (his exact words) which isn’t an option on the website. To be sure of this i had my fiancé, who put in the reservation for me, send me a screen recording of exactly what she selected and i approached the salesman with the video and he still said the way i selected my reservation was wrong and he will be charging full price. His integrity of him and now the company is in full question! This does sit well with me as a first time customer.
