  The branch Manager for this location displayed the most unprofessional behavior while addressing a customer. He lied about calling a customer to inform them of the unavailability of the reserved car. Made up an entire lie and told the customer to her face that he talked to her. Even misquoting how she reserved her rental car. When she called him out about the lie and even showed him her call log: he the stated that he has the authority to refuse customers: it has been a quiet understanding in the community that if you reserve a car at the end of the day this will be your result. The branch manager himself proved this to be fact, unfortunately. He even refused to allow another employee to service her. Unbelievable. They just may have lost a loyal customer.

  Terrible experience with this stores crew and store manager. Crew was very inexperienced and terrible at communicating basic rental information. Store manager was more concerned with proving a customer made a mistake than to actually help the situation. All in all, I’m out a decent sum of money. 10/10 would not recommend!

  The worst enterprise ever! Very disappointed with my experience with Enterprise .The company previously acknowledged an issue with my rental and applied a credit to my account. Despite that credit, I was still charged additional amounts afterward. I’ve spent time trying to get this resolved, but the billing process has been frustrating and confusing. Customers should closely review their statements and keep records of all credits, receipts, and communications. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious about renting from this company again.

  Don’t park your car overnight unless you want you catalytic converters stolen. Was asked to park in the back and had a corporate rental. Get in my car after returning from one night trip and sounds like a jet engine. Cameras magically didn’t work that night which I had a feeling was the case prior to bringing it to their attention. Tried multiple times to reach someone and police report was made. I’ll leave it at that. I reached out to the link I had below and they offered no assistance.
