The worst enterprise ever! Very disappointed with my experience with Enterprise .The company previously acknowledged an issue with my rental and applied a credit to my account. Despite that credit, I was still charged additional amounts afterward. I’ve spent time trying to get this resolved, but the billing process has been frustrating and confusing. Customers should closely review their statements and keep records of all credits, receipts, and communications. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious about renting from this company again.

Very clean and easy process. Everyone was amazing to deal with. Very informative team. Willing to help with any and every issue. Amazing ppl!!
Don’t park your car overnight unless you want you catalytic converters stolen. Was asked to park in the back and had a corporate rental. Get in my car after returning from one night trip and sounds like a jet engine. Cameras magically didn’t work that night which I had a feeling was the case prior to bringing it to their attention. Tried multiple times to reach someone and police report was made. I’ll leave it at that.

The manager's customer service was great however, I can not say the same for the other employees. Customer service was below standards. I was unable to switch out my rental because a replacement vehicle was not available and representatives were unwilling to make the necessary accommodations. The rental that I received had been smoked in previously, cigarette burns in the passenger seat, oil changed indicator on, and left turn signal was not functional. I called in to have it replaced and the representatives seemed not well trained on these type of issues, which led to me calling several times to several locations. However, I was met with the same results, no replacement vehicle. Therefore, I was forced to keep a vehicle that smelled like cigarette smoke, burn holes in the seat, needed an oil change, and left signal was out. Each time I called the employee(s) sounded as though they were unhappy in which helped to explain why I was unable to get a simple vehicle swap out. Although, my insurance covered the bill, I feel that the cost for having this vehicle was way too high considering the conditions mentioned previously. Lastly, when I initially received the rental it was not washed/cleaned very well but, I understand why at this point. Upon returning it I noticed one of the employees in the cleaning bay/area just walking in/out the bay as if he had nothing to do. He clearly was responsible for cleaning the vehicles but apparently he isn't very good at it or doesn't take pride in his work.

This was my first experience renting a car. The ladies that helped me on my first day were friendly and answered all my questions professionally. Due to me having to rent while my car was in the shop they were prompt with responding and helping when I had to extend my return date. I also appreciated them being super helpful when i returned the vehicle, due to my work hours I was rushing but they were still very accommodating. Overall good experience, and would use their services again.
