  We've been in a few times this year. Engine troubles, new tires, or just giving us a check up, we've been pleased with the service. Fast, attentive and the outstanding communication keeps us coming back.

  Went to this location to get my radiator replaced and after paying 2,100 dollars now my hood won’t open. Called and talked to Phillip to explain and he said there is nothing he can do. Other repair shops I called to get this fixed all said the cable had to be knocked loose during the replacement of my radiator. Dobbs will not honor their work and that they made a mistake. A simple fix is all I’m asking for. I would never be back to any Dobbs in the future.

  Mala, le cambié los amortiguadores a mi carro y quise alinear y estás personas luego de 3 horas me dijeron que mi carro tenía el chasis torcido, lo llevé a otro lugar y me hicieron el trabajo perfecto y el gerente es una mala persona prácticamente me corrio cuando intenté perdirle mi dinero devuelta

  Wonderful customer service, even when there was an issue with paperwork for a fleet vehicle they handled it with a great attitude. Got everything fixed, and fast. Highly recommend.

  On July 28th, I took my truck in for an alignment after having front end work done and also went ahead and purchased 4 new tires..... I picked my truck up and was told, "the extra play in your steering wheel is most likely the steering box"..... ok. Driving home, I'm swerving back and forth and struggling to stay "centered"..... it was BAD and I just assumed I needed to adjust the steering box since they did the alignment and everything looked good (I was told). Later on I decided to check my before and after specs and realized I didn't get a print out of them.... so I called and was told "Our printer is down".... so I reply, "So, I have no proof of an alignment being done other than the fact I was charged for it." I called the Dobb's in Waterloo to see if I could take it there for a double check and he said, "We've had a printer go down before, but will take a picture of the screen and send it to you." Cahokia Dobb's didn't do that either... Fast forward to Monday, August 3rd..... we noticed the front passenger tire (that's SIX days old) has 2 knots on the sidewall.... not normal. I took it back yesterday to have the tire replaced, asked for another alignment and made sure the printer was working. Here's the before and after specs.... MY TRUCK WAS WAY OUT OF ALIGNMENT!! (No more work had been done to it, no potholes were hit, etc) there is no reason it should have been so out of whack if I had actually gotten an alignment 2 weeks prior. With that being said.... BEWARE of trusting they did the work if they can't provide the proof. It wasn't my steering box after all.... it was an ALIGNMENT issue that wasn't done or done right. Will not take another one of my cars there again.
